Little Fighter 2 Elemental Chaos

Read this please:
 Before you continue installing this mod, please go to your
"Program Files/LittleFighter2/" directory and create a copy of
your "LF2_v1.9c" folder.  Rename it to  LF2_EC
and then proceed with the installation.
